This is for me (42 year) and my wife (47 years). I work remotely (via internet) and my wife is a housewife. We do not have kids or pets. We are looking to move in last week of June 2024 to Davidson, NC. We are looking for a private space (quiet) with internet and washer/dryer. We are extremely quiet and use headphones when we watch content on the internet. We do not use or have a TV. Out preference to pay rent is around $1100 per month for a 12-month lease. We prefer not to drive but walk/cycle around to groceries/pharmacy within 20 min.
